What is a MIAM?
A MIAM, or Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting, is the first step in the family mediation process in the UK. It’s a preliminary meeting where a qualified mediator will explain how mediation works, discuss your situation, and assess whether mediation is suitable for your case.
